Cognitive Technologies was founded in 1987 by Dr. Karen McGraw to improve the business success of technology projects by focusing on people and cognitive issues. Today, Cognitive Technologies provides consulting, methodologies, and tools to Fortune 1000 and government clients whose technology projects absolutely must succeed. Our management team now includes veterans from large consulting operations as well as industry, and our professionals represent disciplines such as project management, program management, business analysis, IT, human performance technology, and Six Sigma.

Cognitive Technologies is a small business. We are a Microsoft Certified Partner and a Microsoft Office Systems Solutions Partner. Cognitive Technologies was selected by Microsoft as the 2008 Federal “Rookie of the Year” partner. We also hold a GSA Schedule for IT professional services.
