Selection and Implementation of Secure FTP Architecture

Change Management for New Training Processes and System

Cognitive Technologies trained the federal government team charged with the implementation and rollout of the CATSS system in our EASE methodology for change/transition management. We coached this team throughout the first three phases of this methodology and facilitated a number of critical stakeholder groups for the client.
