GM Europe PMO Jumpstart Project
Goal
Quickly establish the processes and templates for effective HRIS program management across 10 HR service centers.

- Client needed a way to share information and collaborate across multiple project teams working in 10 European countries with HRIS systems and sensitive data
Solution
Cognitive Technologies implemented our Jumpstart service, first conducting an assessment of the client's existing PMO processes and tools. Cognitive Technologies then provided fully developed templates (including those for risk and issue management) for MS SharePoint, the tool to be used by the PMO for project team collaboration. Finally, we provided a full analysis of existing project plans, including identifying MS project plan changes required for web-based time reporting.
