Austin, TX, December 16, 2010. Cognitive Technologies -- a consulting firm specializing in project management, collaborative processes, and organizational effectiveness for federal and state government and Fortune 1000 companies – is pleased to announce that we are a 2010 Austin Pets Alive! donor.
Each year, we select a local charity to support and this year we have selected Austin Pets Alive!, an organization that "helps people help pets." Austin Pets Alive! organizes volunteers to help support the care and adoption of dogs and cats in their shelter and in PetSmarts across the Austin area. Austin Pets Alive! also is a leader in helping Austin move toward the goal of becoming a 'no kill' city.
Dr. Karen McGraw, CEO of Cognitive Technologies, says, "We are very proud to support Austin Pets Alive! Austin is already a great place to live, and we want to support the goal of making it a 'no kill' city. What better way to do so than to help an organization who is leading the way ."
