Cognitive Technologies to Administer Personality Assessments for Government Agency

Austin TX, May 3, 2011.  Cognitive Technologies – a consulting firm specializing in project management, collaborative portals, and organizational effectiveness for the federal government and Fortune 1000 companies – has been selected to administer personality profiles and facilitate a workshop to improve team effectiveness for a government agency.

Cognitive Technologies will use the Golden Personality Type Profiler (GPTP) to conduct the assessments and compile results. The GPTP is a broad-spectrum personality survey used for developmental purposes and provides information on individuals' unique personality characteristics, strengths, and opportunities for growth commonly associated with these characteristics.

“Organizations sometimes overlook the power of self awareness to improve individual and team performance. But personality is a foundational element in communication, team work, motivation, and learning” explains Dr. McGraw, a certified practitioner of two Jungian personality assessment profiles.  “Understanding not just your own personality type, but also the type preferences of your team members, can immediately improve the way you all communicate and work together.”
