Cognitive Introduces Project X-Force Assessment & Audit Services
March 24, 2004 – Cognitive Technologies Group, a professional
project services firm, today announces a new service line offering to
enable corporate and govern-ment clients to improve reduce project risks
and improve project success ratios.
Like the “X-Men”, a Project X-Force team consists of senior project
management professions skilled in PMI’s OPM3 standards and assessments,
with extensive expertise in mission-critical projects, project management
processes, and best practices. Project X-Force teams can focus either
on organizational maturity assessments or on audits of current, mission-critical
projects. A Project X-Force team can work at the client site to either
assess organizational project manage-ment maturity overall, or to audit
the project management practices of a critical project or program.
