Cognitive Technologies to Provide Program Management Support to Common Services for Borrowers Contract

February 13, 2004 — Cognitive Technologies Group, a professional project services firm, has been selected by ACS to provide staff and support for the Transition Program Office for the Department of Education’s Common Services for Borrowers (CSB) contract. The CSB contract integrates a number of currently separate services, including comprehensive loan servicing, loan consolidation, and portfolio management services, and will allow the Department to increase service quality while saving overall program costs.
