Cognitive Technologies Group Announces Lessons Learned End of Project Review Tool

July 9, 2003 — Cognitive Technologies Group, LLC announced today the release of the Lessons Learned End of Project Review Survey. This online tool surveys project team members about 10 critical factor areas by gathering information from multiple choice responses and open-ended text entry. Project teams can use the tool to identify the strengths and opportunities for improvement while a project or phase is still fresh in their minds. The tool also elicits demographic data about the respondents, including their role on the project and length of time on the project, to enable comparison of responses across project roles and sub-teams. Results are available within 3 days of the close of the survey.
