ASTD Selects Cognitive Technologies for Facilitation of HPI Certification Training

January 14, 2005 – Dr. Karen McGraw of Atlanta’s Cognitive Technologies Group, has been selected by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) to be a facilitator in ASTD’s Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification program. Dr. McGraw will provide certification training on ASTD’s behalf in Atlanta, as well as client sites nationwide.

Facilitators must meet rigorous standards, including demonstrated expertise in the field of human performance improvement, client recommendations, and references from other experts in the field. “We are pleased to have been recognized for our expertise and selected to assist ASTD in training and certifying future human performance technologists,” notes Dr. Karen McGraw, President of Cognitive Technologies. “We have seen firsthand the business impact of a well-done human performance improvement project and we are looking forward to helping human performance technologists improve their skills and marketplace acceptance through certification.
