Cognitive Technologies Group to Support Performance-Based Training Initiative for ADP
March 20, 2005 – Cognitive Technologies is pleased to have been selected to support an ADP project to design a performance-based curriculum and workshop for sales managers. Working with IMPAX and Platinum Performance, Cognitive Technologies will support the identification and design of learning solutions that blend performance-based classroom training, e-Learning, with job aids designed to enable sales managers to produce critical outcomes. The project will entail the development of a training specification, design, and create workshop materials based on a curriculum developed using the Performance DNA analysis methodology.
“Performance-based training is focused on enabling learners to produce valuable outcomes associated with a job in order to reduce the gaps between standard and key performers. Cognitive Technologies recognizes the value of performance-based training and are always delighted to assist clients in making this important shift. In this case we are particularly pleased to be working with a company like ADP, who consistently commits to and invests in the development of its employees,” says Dr. Karen McGraw, president of Cognitive Technologies.
