This course is intended for managers of performance, business analysts, and instructional designers who want to learn a focused methodology and set of tools for analyzing and improving workplace performance. During the 3-day course participants will learn to analyze human performance using Performance DNA, develop a project definition and foundation, identify key performers, elicit organizational strategy, identify key processes and tasks, assess influences on performance, and develop recommendations for improvement.

The workshop format is lecture with real-world examples and includes extensive interactive exercises and case study activities to enhance understanding, learning, and on-the-job application.

The instructor is an expert with deep knowledge and experience in the analysis and improvement of human performance, with credentials similar to Dr. Karen McGraw. Each participant also receives a supporting notebook with tips, exercises and references.

For maximum learning, class size is generally 12 or less.
