The Cognitive Conference Room Scheduler™ (CCRS) is a web-based room scheduling tool that solves a need of every project – large and small – timely scheduling using your web browser for for meetings to advance project goals.

The rooms in play may or may not be exclusive to your project. Room scheduling may be fluid as different project needs emerge or fixed to satisfy reoccurring needs. Easy to use room scheduling can be deployed easily on your web server for use by one project or the whole organization.

Whatever the combination, CCRS manages your total room resources:
• Eliminating overbooking
• Providing every user with a variety of schedule views and options
• Keeping administrative overhead to a minimum

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Cognitive Conference Room Scheduler™ (CCRS) is a web-based room scheduling tool written using Microsoft® Active Server Pages and employing Microsoft® SQL Server for data storage. As a part of the included installation service, Cognitive Technologies will configure one set of room resources that you may later adjust as desired.

Designed to run with Microsoft’s Internet Information Server, CCRS is compatible with Internet Explorer version 5.5 or greater. It is also compatible with Microsoft® Sharepoint®. The screen below highlights the user interface, while the bullets in the right sidebar summarize key product functions.

• Schedules meetings by individual users

• Schedules reoccurring meetings: weekly with choice of day or days as well as hour

• Forbids overbooking: feedback given to any user attempting to overbook so that conflict can resolved

• Displays conference room schedules using selectable conference room field
– By calendar periods of either weeks or days
– By list of scheduled meetings (selectable date ranges)

• Displays “My Meetings” for individual login

• Provides administrative capabilities to selected users
– Add or delete rooms
– Modify room information
– Change, delete or override existing meeting reservations
